CBD Bath Soak

Feeling stressed, sore, or unable to sleep? Try a DIY cannabis bath soak using a trifecta of relaxing bath ingredients: Epsom salts are high in magnesium that absorbs through your skin to relieve muscle tension. CBD helps with pain, inflammation and relaxation (without any psychoactive effects). Essential oils deepen the relaxation, soothe muscles, help your skin, and relieve pain.

Instructions

For sleep:

In a container, mix together:

For stress:

In a container, mix together:

  • 11/2 - 2 cups Epsom salt
  • One dropper full of Care By Design CBD-Rich 1:1 Sublingual Drops (about 16mg of CBD and THC)
  • 10 drops of frankincense essential oil
  • 7 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 2 drops of rose geranium essential oil

For sore muscles:

In a container, mix together:

  • 11/2 - 2 cups Epsom salt
  • One dropper full of Care By Design CBD-Rich 1:1 Sublingual Drops (about 16mg of CBD and THC)
  • 10 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops of citrus essential oil
  • 3 drops of wintergreen essential oil
  • 2 drops of peppermint essential oil

How to use:

Draw yourself a hot bath and let the salt soak blend dissolve while you breathe in the essential oils. Please remember: using oils in your bath will cause it to become slick so use caution.

Benefits of essential oils:

  • Lavender oil eliminates tension and enhances blood circulation.
  • Frankincense acts as a sedative, strong stress reliever, and (this should make you feel less stressed already) fights wrinkles.
  • Rose Geranium is great for balancing your hormones, relieving stress, and helps depression.
  • Citrus oils help boost circulation to help your body heal.
  • Wintergreen acts as a natural analgesic.
  • Peppermint relieves muscle tension by reducing inflammation and offers both a warming and cooling sensation.
