Healthy CBD Avocado Toast

Start your day off with this delicious and healthy CBD avocado toast. It’s super easy to make, and CBD is the perfect addition to any breakfast! In fact, our CBD sprays and oil can be added to almost any food or drink. This recipe was brought to us by our new brand ambassador CJ Nelson, he loves it because it’s healthy, simple, and best of all, it’s ready in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Slices of bread, toasted
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • CBD sublingual spray, in your desired ratio/amount

Directions

  1. While you toast the bread, mash avocado with a fork in a shallow bowl until chunky. Mix in kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the avocado mixture over each slice of toasted bread.
  3. Add red pepper flakes to add a little flavor (and heat!).
  4. Spray desired dosage of CBD sublingual spray over each piece of toast and enjoy!

Why stop here? The possibilities for CBD avocado toast are endless. Try topping your avocado toast off with tomatoes, bacon, eggs, spinach, salmon, or pretty much anything else that sounds tasty to you!
